In the spring of 2023, we had the pleasure of taking care of the sale of a splendid property on the edge of the lake, near Corsier-Port. This peaceful and charming property was looking for an enthusiastic buyer ready to enhance the beauty of the place.
The welcoming atmosphere and the location have enchanted the owners summer after summer. Indeed, the private beach, its swimming pool and the pontoon have made it a dream place to enjoy Geneva lake in a unique way. This is the first sale of this property since its post-war construction.
As part of the marketing, the Geneva architectural firm Corpus was mandated to obtain the building permit for a contemporary villa, thus fully exploiting the potential of the land. It was only after obtaining this permit that we discreetly approached a selection of buyers. This entire process took place strictly confidentially, without resorting to marketing means such as the internet or specialized press.
We successfully completed this transaction at the end of the year and are delighted to have overcome the various challenges we have been confronted with. The glowing testimonials from the seller and buyers showed that each party was satisfied with our approach and is now ready to begin a new stage in their lives.
